Can I track my order item?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment until delivery.
Who pays for return postage?
Return and re-shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
How do I apply a promotional code?
Enter your coupon or promotional code in the cart page before checkout. The discount will be applied to eligible items in your order.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take for home delivery?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 4–7 working days. International delivery may take 3–25 working days depending on destination and customs processing.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders across India and internationally.
Can I collect from a local store?
Store pickup is not currently available for online orders. All website orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major online payment methods available at checkout, including cards, UPI, and other supported gateways shown during payment.
Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
Shipping charges paid for an order are non-refundable in case of return or exchange, as stated in our Shipping Policy.
How are prepaid refunds handled?
Cancelled or lost prepaid orders are refunded via Vincia credit, valid for 3 months. We do not offer cash refunds under our current policies.
