Return & Exchange Policy

At Vincia, every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Important Points
  1. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed.
  2. We offer exchanges in case of size issues and design preferences (subject to availability)
  3. If the exchanged product value is lower than the original order amount or product unavailable the balance will be issued as a Credit Note valid for 3 months. (Excluding shipping charges)
  4. To claim an exchange or damage return, a parcel opening video is mandatory within 48 hours.
  5. Once we receive the product, the new size will be dispatched, and return/re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  6. Kindly note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE requests can be initiated only once per order and within 2 days of delivery, provided that:

  1. Product(s) are unused and unwashed
  2. Tags are intact
  3. Product(s) are not purchased during sale or discount offers
  4. Product(s) are not custom altered
  5. and tracking details must be shared with us.
  6. Sale or discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Fraudulent Returns

Sending incorrect, unrelated, used, or intentionally damaged items will be treated as fraudulent activity and the request will be rejected.

Vincia records the unpacking process of all returned parcels at our warehouse and may use this evidence during disputes.

In dispute cases, customers must provide their parcel packing video within 48 hours of notification. Both videos will be reviewed for resolution.

* Vincia reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.

Non-Acceptance / Non-Delivery of Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is returned back to our warehouse due to non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts, the order amount will be credited to the customer wallet (valid for 3 months).
