Shipping Fees

India:

  • Gujarat: Free Shipping
  • Rest of India: ₹100 per kg
  • Orders Above ₹2,500: Free Shipping (Pan India)

International: Shipping charges as per courier rates.

Note: Shipping charges paid for an order are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary due to courier availability, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances such as

  • Unsuitable weather conditions;
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order.

Failed Deliveries: We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged & Missing Items

Tampered Parcels: Do not accept packages that look damaged or opened.

Missing Items: A continuous unboxing video is strictly required as proof for wrong or missing items.

Delivery Issues

Non-Delivery: Report missing packages within 48 hours of the tracking showing "Delivered."

Refunds (Prepaid): Cancelled or lost prepaid orders are refunded via Vincia Wallet credit, valid for 3 months only.

Inspection & Quality Check

Timeline: Returned items are inspected within 3–5 working days of arrival.

Verification: We record video proof of all returns being unpacked.

Rejections: Items that fail quality checks or are incorrect will be rejected, and proof will be shared.

Disputes: Customers must provide their own packing video within 48 hours if a dispute arises.

International Shipping Policy

Vincia ships worldwide.

  • International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges levied by their country.

Failure to pay customs charges or refusal to accept the parcel will result in non-delivery without any refund.
